The firm’s foundation is strengthened by the founder’s background as an in-house legal practitioner across multiple industry sectors, including shipping, EPC, Manufacturer, Insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, trade & distribution, and telecommunications, providing a strong understanding of sector-specific regulatory and commercial challenges.
Founder has been actively practicing and working in the legal field, with cross-industry experience in a generalist legal capacity, covering commercial and business matters, labour and employment, corporate compliance, contract drafting and review, as well as civil and criminal dispute resolution.
